What is Baby Bedtime Box? 

Baby Bedtime Box is a monthly subscription box delivered right to your doorstep, jam-packed with select bath and bedtime items, helping you establish a routine and keep your kiddos excited about bedtime! 

What's inside the box each month? 

Each box is filled with handpicked bath and bedtime items that we think will have your kids looking forward to bedtime every night! Boxes will include items such as bath paints and toys, towels and scrubbies, natural and organic soaps, shampoos, lotions, creams, oils, plush toys, nighttime books and so much more! Additionally, each month we will include a new exercise to teach to your child, to help them relax and get ready to sleep! There are two size boxes, our mini box will include 2-3 items and our full size box will include 4-6 items. 

How long does it take to receive my box each month? 

Your box will be shipped out the first week of each month.  You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your box is on its way! You should receive your box in approximately 3-5 business days after it has shipped! 

How do the subscription plans differ? 

We have 4 options for our subscription boxes! You can choose a month to month subscription with an automatic recurring charge which you can cancel at any time! Or you can choose one of our discounted subscription packages of 3, 6 or 12 months! These are discounted plans that are paid in full the day of purchasing, making for the perfect gift! And the discounted rates make them even more affordable!  

Can I cancel my subscription? 

Yes! Absolutely. If you choose a month to month subscription, you can simply cancel at any time! Just cancel prior to the renewal date, which is the 11th of each month to ensure you will not be charged again. If you cancel after the 11th you will still receive the boxes that were paid for but won't be charged again.  Our discounted package subscriptions may also be cancelled, but you will be charged for the entire term until the subscription period is over. For example, if you choose a 3 month subscription at the discounted rate and want to cancel after the 2nd month then you will receive a package for the 3rd month that was already paid for. But you will not be rebilled after that.  

What is your cancellation policy?

 Monthly Renewing Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in your Account settings. If you've already been billed for this month's box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.  

What are your Shipping & Billing Policies? 

We ship the first week of every month. Orders placed after the 1st of the current month will ship out the following month. Monthly re-bill is charged on the 11th of every month! For example: If you purchase your subscription on the 1st of January you will be charged that day on the 1st and you will receive your first box in February! You will not be charged a re-bill fee until February 11th after you have received your first box!  

Is shipping included? 

YES! Shipping is FREE And included in the price of your subscription, at this time we only ship to the United States. 

What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am re-billed? 

Baby Bedtime Box is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards. 

What if I subscribe and then cancel right away? 

Once you subscribe, your account is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded, you must email us at customerservice@BabyBedtimeBox.com within 24 hours of the initial purchase to request a refund.  

Can I return or exchange items in the box? 

We only accept exchanges for items that are damaged during delivery or have a defect. Please email us at customerservice@BabyBedtimeBox.com and include a photo of the damaged product with your request!
